December 8th COVID Updates

Dear Membership Clubs,

As many of you are aware, the Alberta Government has announced a set of new restrictions that go into effect on Sunday at 12:01am. Among these restrictions is a new ban on both indoor and outdoor social gatherings. At this time it is unclear how this will affect our programming after Saturday. Following discussions with Alberta Sport, Physical Activity, and Recreation, we are happy to share the following information:

• Club activities may continue to run until Saturday, December 12th at 11:59pm
• We ask that past this point clubs cease programming until contacted with further information. Nordiq Alberta and Biathlon Alberta will release updates regarding these restrictions no later than Monday, December 14th indicating any further actions that may be required.
