Remembering George Foxcroft

"It is with great sadness that the Board of the Canadian Birkebeiner Society must share with you news of the sudden passing of our good friend, George Foxcroft, our Chief of Course and board Vice President. He passed away Monday in one of his favourite places, the Cooking Lake Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area. George’s passion for the Birkie was beyond measure, one that he has shared with us all and that will always remain with us in our memories."
