Annual Club Fundraiser!
The Annual Club Fundraiser is back - Be apart of the fundraiser & raise money directly for your club or club projects!
What is the Annual Club Fundraiser?
The Annual Club Fundraiser is a 3-month drive to raise funds (January 11 to March 31). Clubs get to make their own fundraising page on Canadahelps with videos, pictures and fundraising thermometers. It’s very easy to do and only takes a few minutes. Donations and donor comments are posted to the fundraising page making it very motivating to give and easy to share on social media. Donors get a thank you and tax receipt instantly after donating.
How do I get started?

- Annual Club Fundraiser Application Form
- Vendor Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Request Form providing your club’s banking information so we can disburse funds to you.
Within a week of submitting your forms, you will receive an email from the CanadaHelps fundraising platform asking you to sign up as a “Participant.” Doing so will add your club to the fundraising platform, where you can set up your club’s fundraising page and start fundraising!
If you were involved in the fundraiser last year and the project you are fundraising for has not changed, you do not need to send in any forms. Simply email to and let Krista know you would like to take part again.
